About Resilient Minds

Resilient Minds provides support and resources to individuals of all ages, small groups, communities and companies through individual and group therapy, workshops and courses in order to promote stress resilience and mental wellbeing.

Individual and group therapy

In our work together you will learn:

- how your thinking patterns can alter your behaviour and feelings

-  why you are living in a constant fight-or-flight mode. Your body is producing stress chemicals non-stop. The good news is that it's in your power to switch from fight-or-flight mode to rest-and-digest. The only problem is that while the stress response is automatic, the relaxation one is not. You need to actively relax your muscles, breathing and mind.

Workshops for individuals

- Better understanding of what stress is and how to manage it

- Greater ability to handle day to day stress

- More control over maintaining and improving their wellbeing

- Improve physical and mental health and fewer health problems

- Effective self-regulation using a toolbox of skills to help manage periods of higher stress and anxiety

- Greater resilience in challenging situations

Workshops for organisations

- An improved work environment

- Increased motivation and engagement in staff

- Reduced absenteeism and presenteeism

- Organisations and businesses will have provided their staff with effective wellbeing training which goes far beyond a "tick box" approach to looking after their employees
